Okay I need your help before I go mad insane :D Each time I try to add text to my images, it just doesn't work the way I want it to. I set the text to say 6 pt but once I click on the image, the font is *huge* and obviously bigger than 6pt (while it still keeps on saying it IS 6pt) Anybody could help me to fix this ? I tried to but didn't succeed Thanks and great website, I'm in love with it ^^ |

I have had that happen to me a few times, i just opened up a new file and typed in it, it should work right then copy paste the text from the new file to the old on that isnt working correctly, after that paste every other text you enter should be back to normal.... its been a while but im pretty sure that is what i had to do when that happened to me.

well i've had problems like that too...but the neat thing is if u change the font size to more appropriate number to scale, then it should still adjust the size of the text...that's what i do anyways...sometimes i gotta go to size3, hasn't happened to me in awhile.

Happens to all of us at least once. I move all the layers to a new document and make my text there. I know, its the hard way...

I have never had this problem. Verify what resolution you are working in. That could have something to do with it. |

You can CTRL+T (free transform) textLayers also, just like you resize images on separate layers. That ignores any font-size attribute in the font-option-thingie. Does that help, or am I missing the point as allways? :D

I thought about that Axiom, then I remembered that it happened to me in 72dpi.
