TeamPhotoshop tentacles??

Hi, I would love to know how the tentacle thingies on the index page of Teamphotoshop was made, any ideas or tutorials would be very helpfull too

try looking for a tubes tutorial and play around with the materials in XL

Its so simple. Make a rectangle. Use the bevel/emboss layer style. Maybe chrome a bit, and then use the shear filter to curve it. Not hard. It probably won't look 100% like the pank ones, but I doubt pank could replicate 100% what he made earlier. Each time would probably get you a different, but similar effect.

The fool speaks wisely. Why would you want a tutorial that tells you how to make something that looks exactly like pank's tubes when you can mess around and learn a bunch of stuff while trying to do it your own way.
