Metallic Filters

I was wondering if there are any "free" metallic filters out there that would make something look like metal. Or if there is another way to do it myself. I only own PS 6. Thanks in advanced

I don't know of any filter off hand but there are countless tuts on how to make metalic textures. Plus it really depends on what you are trying to do. (might want to post some details on what you are trying to create)
