fonts displaying incorrectly

check these out:

the one on the left is with word (and my font manager). the one on the right is photoshop 6.

What am i doing wrong? i just want the right look (not the one that photoshop invents.

The font:
copper gothic

I think I can help.

In the text tool bar press the button named PALETTES (its on the right side of the bar)

Press the little black arrow/triangle to show text tool options (see below) Make sure Faux Bold is not selected
