Is it possible to alter a photo,to show how someone might look like if they lost a certain amount of weight?Any suggestions.

Take a picture of a skinny person and paste the fat guys head on it :D

Of corse you can use the scale tool, but the result won't be very realistic. Other than that, I don't think it's possible...
