pank page logo problem

Hi i have ktp 5 and i downloaded the two files and put them in the folder... that you said ...then i make a new image and then i make a circle then i open up the shapeshifter ,ktp filter......
then i click the button on the bottom that lets you select the two files that i put in the shapeshifter folder......
when i click the icon that says pankmetal1.ktp5 and it shows me what it looks like.....(a little thumbnail) it looks like it does in the tutorial the first step..
then i push the little check box and it loads what i want and it puts it in the preview box of ktp....but it doesnt look like it did in the thumbnail.....instead it looks like a crappy round blue button that has soome highlights.......it doesnt look reflecting like it does in the tutorial.....
plz help me....this is directed to anyone with ktp and has tryied this and aloso phunk.......

I have no idea which tutorial you are following but I might be able to help. If the image you are loading into KPT5 Shape Shifter is loaded into the bump map window, you should see the words bump height in the same window. Right under those words is an arrow. Pull the arrow to the right and your image wil no longer just be a blue button. The button will reflect the image you loaded into Shape Shifter

Also make sure you have upgraded to 5.01 The presets won't work properly in 5.0...

ok everything you said i get and is working except when i look for the image that i want to bring in it isnt in the shapeshifter folder but when i explore i se it there but when the window in ktp lets me look for the picture thatr i want to use there is nothing there....
it is called bump type and you can choose alt that they have but the also have a thing for importing something and when you do that the window pops up and when i browse the files arent here even though they really are...and the file type is set to all files.....
this could be cause i donthave ktp5.01 so ill upgrade....
how much is it anyone know....well thanks for ya help...

If you have a legal registered version (which I hope you do) ;) Then the upgrade is free. Go to corel.com... That should solve all your prob's... I know for a fact the preset does not work properly in 5.0

i wen there ....they have two versons of ktp 5.0 a corel version and a metacrations version...the upgrade only works for te metacreationsvesion and i have the core version......what version do you have and if you have the same version as me can you give me the link to the upgrade that works for the coreel version....

also can you make files that will work with ktp 5.0...so every one can make that logo effect!!!!!!!
