Carona effect...

Greeting all

I want to be able to create effects like this...

I believe it is called a carona effect. Do I need to download any special filter, and if so what are they and how do I use them?

Starburst.. Filters > Blur > Radial Blur

Where can I download Starburst or is it a PS 7 add-on?
I use PS 6.01...

When I tried the tutorial (tried a few times), my result didn't quite match there picture :( I think I might be doing something wrong though...

They say "Render the bottom text layer"
Do they mean Rasterize layer? If not, what do they mean?

Starburst is a tutorial, name of that effect. Render Text(PS5/5.5) = Rasterise(PS6).
