Extracting outlined item from photo |

Planning to purchase PhotoShop but need to know if I would be able to extract a single item from a photo so that the item stands alone and can be later imported without a background for wrap-around text? I hope this makes sense to somebody. Thanks in advance. |

If I understand what you mean...the answer is yes. There are several methods of isolating an element from a photo or whatever you're working with...The extract tool, selection tools, masks...etc...Not sure if this helps or not...If you have any questions feel free to ask

If it can be done to an image..... Photoshop can do it.
