Does anybody have a tutorial that will show me how to get a light glint effect? or does anyone know how to get that effect?

sorry...something like what is on the bottom of the g or the the top of the i? that little little sparkle of light...

Photoshop has a preset brush that IS a sparkle. PAint a single click on a layer and transform it to size.
