Ok i am working on a site for a company and they want their people to look like this... (i found this from one of the threads on this forum)

they want the people to look somewhat like this, does anyone have any idea or tutorials that knows how to do this??? this would help a great deal!

the look of the people on the front page, the pictures are rotating pictures i know that script already but i was wondering how to do the look of the people in photoshop, i can't seem to find a tutorial on how to do it

I dunno its prolly a filter like cutout :|
have you tried to mess around with the settings for cutout?

no not yet, i tried other things but just can't get that look, i'll see if it's cut out, thanks

Have you tried to save your image as a GIF with about 3 to 5 colors? In the "save for web" option, play around with lowering the color count. You can even replace specific colors by double clicking on the color squares palette to get the freaky colors you want.

This may not completely duplicate the effect you are after but it's in the same area of effect and may be "close enough" for you.
