Okay, so, for one of my classes at school, we're supposed to make an ad, and I'm doing mine completely with photoshop, and I want to make flower stems, because the flowers will be made out of shoes. I've got the shoes all covered...

I just need help with stems. I've tried a few things...so if you could help that would be very awesome! It doesn't have to be like super good either, just simple, but that might look like a flower stem.

Thanks so much guys!!

Ever seen a tentacle tutorial? Basically, just create a rectangular or triangular shape and apply the shear filter (Filter>Distort>Shear) to make it look wavy. You should be able to create something nice like that.

I never said English was hard...that's the only language I speak and will only speak. I've lived in California all my life...maybe you're thinking of someone else. And with the stems...that's what I was taught in about 2nd grade and from then on, so I will stick to my use of stems.

Stalk is when you're talking about corn. Corn stalks. But there are other types...I had never heard that part of a flower called that though. I figured out a way to do them anyway...I'll show ya'll when its completely done.
