Adding Actions to Current Version..

I downloaded TP's entire Photoshop Actions. I have Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and I was wondering, how would I apply these downloaded actions to my version of Photoshop? I would appreciate a AiM/Reply as soon as possible. Thanks, Team Photoshop's tutorials have really boosted my graphic self-esteem.

In the actions window click the little arrow looking thing on the top right and choose load actions. Navigate to the folder or spot on your computer where you saved the actions and that is pretty much it.
