Hi Guys, Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction... Whats the difference between Photoshop & Illustrator, whats best to learn, is there much overlap between the two. What is best for web design etc..whats to pros and cons of each..??? Appreciate your thoughts :D Cheers!! |

Illustrator -> Vector PhotoShop -> Pixel. Webdesign -> Photoshop PrintStuff -> Illustrator |

yah.. depends on what you need to do. but with that said, learn photoshop. its just more fun.

bah I don't have silly illustrator :P i'd get both cause vector stuff is useless with out other stuff to go withit |

Illustrator and Photoshop work well with each other... In fact they were made to work with each other... From illustrator you can jump to photoshop...and from photoshop you can create a path then open it in Illustrator... When I use Illustator I often finish my work by ading a few effects with Photoshop. Illutrator is great is you palnt to use Flash (Since Flsch use vector graphic ans this is wath Illustrator do). The first one you should learn is Photoshop.... |
