How do i import an image..??? |

Hi Guys, VERY new to PS, only dealt with Fireworks, Flash & Dreamweaver....so thats why this is a dumb question.... I cant figure out how to import a graphic into PS, when i cut/paste, the colours seem to invert for some strange reason..??? So, how do i import graphics... Cheers!!:confused: |

You should just be able to cut and paste... Otherwise, you could open the image to be imported in its own window, and drag the layer from there to the image you're working on. as to why its inverting the colors... make sure image->mode is set to either rgb or cmyk?... I'm probably not helping much. Let me know if you figure out whats going on. |

eh...importing?... Just open them... And how the hell do you get the image to invert itsĀ“ colours???

thanks guys... the reasom for the invert WAS the fact that i was trying to paste an RGB image into a CMYK layer (giottoface)...woops ;) Thamks again |
