PS7 scratch disk warning

I just got Photoshop 7 a few days ago.. When I start it up it gives me the scratch disk warning no matter what I do in the scratch disk options panel. No matter what i set. I only have 1 physical drive.. What can I do to make the warning go away?

Free up some disk space on your hard drive.

Nah I fixed it.. Seemd to stop after I rebooted..
