the native PS filters is all u need man
more is mainly for them newbs that need help doing every little thing

Speak the truth, brotha. Speak the truth. Testify! lol... oh man... yeah... You don't need any more filters. Add-on filters take away the fun out of photoshop. The only filters that are somewhat useful is Kai's Power Tools.

Try searching on www.google.com for photoshop filters. You will find hundreds.

DreamSuite is pretty smooth, but really pricey and it sucks butt on a mac.

effects are bad ass though

It's in the store here on the site and I think it's like $149.00 Worth every penny...

Go to Barnes and Noble and buy some Graphics mags with CD's. They always have about 5,000,000 cheap and superficial free PS filters.

PS-everyone is right, outside of PS and KPT most free filters suck @$$
