Created an image ready animation but because I'm on a freeservers site (max 158k upload ) I had to slice it up and now the whole animation has gone freaky.
Any ideas on how to lock(or whatever) the animation in IR or maybe do something about it in dreamweaver

still waiting for it to load....you images are really in need of a save for the web. Nobody is gonna want to wait this long for a splash.

I dont see what wrong with your image. You could always lock the layer you're dealing with by clicking on the eye icon in the layers folder. But it loks fine for me. I'm using Opera on a Mac . It may be a lot harder, but more efficient to do this in Dreamweaver using a table. But, explain your prob more and then i could help more.

1 second to load is to long???
The problem is that when the image is loaded the animation (starting with the flikkering arrow, fadding out and in again then displaying the enter sign) should al go simultaniously but what happens is that they don't and thus f*#$ing up the whole idea.

How can I make shure that this doesn't happen

how about doing it in flash?? I would think that since it's just a bunch of pics it should be a lot smaller? But I'm not really sure... Just a thought

Yeah, that would be about a whole 7-8k in Flash, rather than 300k total in GIF

Why you on Freeservers anyways? They are horrible with pop-ups and ad banners. I know I used to have many site with them. Write to me about your site and what is designed to do and so on and so forth, I may have an offer for you.
