merging two two layered images??? |

help please..... i have an image of a dice. i separated the dots and the face with layers. then apply inner bevel on one and emboss on another. then i need to merge them back together as one but can't seem to do it. correction, i don't know how to do it. please help, any assistance is greatly appreciated. i m using photoshop6. |

Don´t know, but why don´t you skip the layer-effects, and make the bevels yourself? A solution?

Click the dots layer and press Ctrl+E (forgot the Mac equivalent). That will merge the layer down.

once you have your layers made with the effects, pull down the menu from the layer palette (little arrow in top right of palette) select 'create layers' - then, make a new blank layer under all those and merge together all the created layers and your new layer. huh? - just try it... |

thank u all for the reply.... graphicsguy - i guess i m new to photoshop. i tried to do what u suggested but no go. i guess i need to clearify my problem. i have two separate image, one of the bevel dice dot, the other of the emboss dice face. i need to combine the two separate image to one. if u can, please be a little more detail. greatly appreciated |
