Your dragon like tail?

Yeah, well first off I love your guys site and the new look! but what I want to ask you is how you did that dragon like tail on the left side of the main page? I want to make a yellow one, that come to a point (like a tail) for one of my sites, and I'm quite new to photoshop. If you could give me a crash course on it, that would be great, or I'm willing to write some flash tutorials in exchange for that tail. See I'm a flash man myself, been working with it for 3 years now. Ethor way would be great, please reply to me on it, or feel free to e-mail me (in my profile)
