Need suggestions for putting multiple images (myself times 3) on one image. The one way I tried was just putting all images on top of each other on seperate layers, and then using the eraser tool. The problem comes in when the images of me overlap and my legs or arms touch each other. Then I end up losing part that I want. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Paul |

I'm not sure what you're asking...If you could be a little more specific perhaps I could help.

I'm looking to put three images of myself into one picture. Me sitting at three different seats at my dinner table. The digital camera was on a tripod and not moved. Just me. So the pics should line up okay. I just want to get me into the three images. In a couple of the shots, I'm pointing at myself, and with one it will look like my legs are on my lap in a different seat. Thanks. |

Instead of erasing, use the masking tool On the layer, Layer > Add Layer Mask > Reveal All Use black to "erase" and white to restore. That way, you can edit till its perfect |

Not quite sure what I'm doing wrong here. This is what I'm doing. 1. Open first image. 2. Open second image - select all - go back to first image and creating new layer, then copying second image into image one. 3. Same for third image. 4. Using the lasso tool to highlight the "second me" then - Layer, Apply Layer Mask, Reveal All. 5. Clicking on the Layer mask thumbnail in the layer, and then selecting the Paintbrush tool and with black as the background, painting over everything I want in the image. Nothing happens except the thumbnail turns a shade of black. 6. Then I double click to try and make it active and everything is gone???? Your help is greatly appreciated. Paul |

I finally figured it out I think. I went with a little different direction than sidefx suggested but it was the same concept. Again, thanks. Paul |
