How to get image all the way over to edge of page

How can I get the image I want ALL the way over to the edge of the page like on the homepage of teamphotoshop? When I add it in dreamweaver it always leaves a space off to the left. And if you want the image to fit all resolutions, is there some way to do it or just make the graphics large enough?

Right click on the background and under page properties or something set all the margins to "0".
