Azmulgor, The color dodge that he was referring to is a layer blending mode located here in the layer window.... Image Removed. Hope this helps clear up any confusion.... |

Just transform it (alt+t... or control+t... one of them... heh) and use the scaling feature on the top. Why don't you show us what yours turned out like. I'm curious to see.

I tried that it would'nt work it either says it cant because (the initial rectangle bounding is empty) or it works but I still can't use the scale option?

Merge the layers down, then. Or don't make a selection when trying to scale it.

Not still nuthin I'll find it out theres just one thing I'm doin wrong I don't know wat the scaling probably hey is there any button like ctrl something so the scale option cum out?

Try going to edit/transform/scale. Or just fool around with it until you get it to work. :p

cant you also get that effect with niose> motion blur> then a color dodge or light> hard light?????
