Ok, hopefully you guys will understand what I'm trying to do. Go over to renderosity.com and take a look at their logo. Notice how the hands go from being textured into being just a wireframe? That's what I'm tryin to do, I got my wireframe and my textured object, now how do I blend them together like that? I think it's got something to do with opacity and gradients, and I've tried using the foreground to transparent gradient but nothing works. Whats a guy to do?

its easily done by masking in PS Render a wireframe image in 3dmax and render the exact same image but textured. Bring to PS and layer mask them. |

I finally found a tutorial for it, it's a lot simpler than I thought it was. It was as simple as Add Layer Mask>Reveal All, then a gradient.
