...But I have to answer sumphin' 'coz it looked so empty here... Eh, in my mind it seems kinda hard to take a done pic, import it to ie illustrator and then vectorize it. But, again, I don' know. It would seem, though, that you have to create an image in illustrator to get it vectorized... Just thinkin'...Solly, I couldn't help Ya. I will, however, follow this thread to gain knowledge of how it's done...And perhaps ask another... I don' seem to get the vector feature in PS 6 to work, any tuts or links out there to guide me ??? (Wrong of me to post a question in one's thread ??? I did it 'coz he/she said he/she was new at this and might find it helpful) |

..it´s possible. You may need a program, it´s called...uh....Can´t remember..it´s in Adobe´s range though.... It takes the pixels, and traces them into vector...It´s pretty good too, doesn´t get too edgy and that... I don´t know... www.adobe.com? lol |

Alot of it depends on the image itself and what u plan on using it for...Flash can convert a jpg into a vector...But many times it makes the outputted swf extremely bloated. Hope this helps

If its line-art and you just want it bigger then i found this is useful: (post from another thread, scroll down). Its about converting a photo to line art however i use the same method (minus the contrasting stuff) to resize line art or to make a blurry black and white image become more crisps (results may very) Hope this helps http://www.teamphotoshop.com/forum/vbforum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6533 |
