How do I install actions in photoshop?

click on the little arrow in the top left of the actions palette and click "Load Actions"

then, fine the .atn fileyou want and badda bing, you're in bidness.

Dude! I can be throwed!
For example, Just last weekend, I got "throwed" out of a pub right after I "throwed" up. All from the 14 beers I "throwed" down my throwt....

just kidding....
