need help

ShortShort version:

Make lines, turn them to wanted direction, motionBlur them in the same direction, Do this very very many times to each direction..keep stuff in layers, try out different layerModes, The one you want to use a bit more is ColorDodge..Done.

lol!! Never done that, but I guess that´s a simple way... :p
