heh.. then your pretty much sol, its gonna take a long long time to learn photoshop, figure at least a month for basic techniques, and a lifetime of learning the small tricks...

heh.. after about six months of photoshop tutorials, I only know a fraction of what photoshop can do,

however, as for the pic, the glow on the people was probably done with the outer glow layer effect (styles)
