Well i have many ideas to compose but dont know how to go about doing this...i havent been working with 6.0 but with 5.0 i have...my question is how do you have the effect of making a photo transparent so that i can have a photo behind still visible?...thanks for the help ...jr

Adjust the opacity slider. it's in the layers palette. Just drag it to the left. make sure you have the layer selected of the image on top of the other image.

..to make it cooler looking, go through every layerMode there is. Overlay is a classic.. Try even multiply and those..

You´ll see what suits best the pic in question...
