Messages in Actions

Hiya Gang,
Kinda new and not so new to photoshop but now I'm really diggin in underneath the pallets so to speak and got a silly quesition about actions. I started writing a few of my own... they are not real good yet but they will get better as I snag a few more of the net and watch the steps made by others. However, my question is probably pretty easy for some of you more advanced photoshop guru's... How do you put those little messages in them... like when it pops up and says STOP! Enter text and center and continue! or Chrome© by Team Photoshop or whatever. Could someone just point me in the right direction as to where the message part of it is?
