i've been surfing the web showcase portion of this site and i've see that grids are extremely popular and i think they look really cool.... but i have no idea how to make this effect. could someone tell me how? thanks |

Simple... In photoshop, on a transparent canvas.. 50x50, zoom all the way Using the line tool, make the following lines and make a selection.. Edit > Define Pattern then just fill in using fill tool to the place where u want to have the grid. Hope this helps |

You can make a 5x5, 10x10, 15x15 (whatever you like as long as the width and height are the same) transparent image. Ctrl+A to select the whole square Edit > Stroke (stroke with any color) Edit > Define Pattern After you have done this you can just fill selections with the grid whenever you want. I've read many ways to do this but I like this way the best. |
