I am subjected to poor standards and do alot of art with my portable webcam(webcam go plus, creative). of coarse this produces very grainy pictures, blue and red hue horizontal 'ribbed marks'. I have been with alot of effort manually going over the entire picture with the blur tool and making people look normal. the color I havn't figured out how to fix. If anyone has a clue on a better approach to perfecting pictures from a cheezy webcam I would be very thankful

Im sure your probably doing all you can....you should think about saving up some money and get a nice digital cam...thats what i did, I was just like you...I spent like 100 bucks and got a crappy little camera i could take anywhere, but there was no flash and you had to hold perfectly still not only when you where taking the pic, but the person posing had to as well, or it would come out all blurry.....now I got a Fuji Film digital and its DOPE....i recomend it.......not much help there, just a suggestion

try adjusting your channels. it works pretty well for eliminating some (not all) jpeg noise from digital cameras. I don't know squat about web cams though. good luck. |
