Guess how I made the vine in my new signature.

dunno how you got the shape but i'd guess for the effects it was a drop shadow and textured inner bevel

height map in a new channel
render lighting FX
overlay texture
drop shadow

but I only spent a few mins on it, and realised i'd made it tooo reflective by the way, how did you get that texture?

I spend a lot of time using the craquelure filter and the texturizer filter. I just took some random image on my harddrive, applied it, fade texturizer etc.

what do u mean by " path to get shape"?

use the pen tool to make a path, then you can stroke it or whatever..

Ok, the shape is pretty easy actually, i didn't use the pentool at all.

1) Make a long rectangle
2) use the perspective tool to bring on of the short sides of the rectangle together
3) use wavetool at some settings to get it flowing
4) it xould be that it doesn't have a tip so use the smudge, airbrush, whatever to make the tip.

all this talk about vines has me curious...im gonna try to make one eheheh ehehe
