Making a metallic sphere with text under glass

I just wonna to know how can i edit that presets, not actualy edit just wonna change the collor from the blue to some reds or something else ? If it posible pls post how

I'd do it using the hue/staturation options.. Under Image > Adjust >> Color balance

Yes i do that but what i actualy wonna know is how they make that costum 2 files that use KPT5 .
