how can i chang the colors from a gif into to just black and white? this is the picture im trying to adjust....all i want is the letters black and the background white. any ideas?! http://www.angelfire.com/ego/deathwdignity/ss/bebop.gif

save it for web and then under settings change it to black & white that should do it
