I am new to Photoshop 6 and my mother-in-law asked that I scan an old black & white photo in and fix it. I have removed the scratches, but I need to colorize the face to look real and the clothes to look real. Any suggestions??? you can email directly to meddoc@surfsouth.com Thanks, Mark |

Yeah. Thats exactly the way to colorize a b&w pic. Just don't expect perfect results. Real photos have millions of different hues/pigmentations that can't be recreated by simply using a single color. Colorizing a human face may or may not yeild results akin to something from a Ted Turner colorized film. So be prepared to not have something quite as perfect as you may be hoping for.
