how i do this?!?!

i really really want to know how to do this its just to hard for me to do...can yall help?:confused:

looks to me like he has used a bunch of random images and stufff he made and then played around with the blend modes a lot.

Sorry i'm not that much help but look for tutorials that explain blend modes a bit better and you will get a better understanding of how it was made.:D

Im guessing you are wanting to make a simaliar image with anime characters in it. My advice for this is to stay away from them for now.

Don't go throwing random images of goku all over the show, it can either make it or break it. In this case I think that image would have looked a lot better if the two pictures of goku were not in it.

I think anime graphics are quite hard to work with if you are making stuff like that as they are two totally different styles, it's hard to put the two together and make it look good.

Show me what you come up with:D

The base of the image looks like just a regular pic blurred and all that. The dodging and overlay layers, on the other hand, are done by a filter named "sine-dots." Minus the overlays of Goku or whatever. Anyways, sine-dots gives those cool lines over it, and where the white/bright areas are is just the sine-dots filter blurred. You'll have to play around with it, though.

Oh, and as Duo Flip has said, stay away from anime. Its a dying art form, if you ask me. Try some abstract stuff. Everyone loves a little abstract. :D
