Dear friends I'm trying to create a nav bar to use with Dreamweaver. I would like to make something like 4 folders....but I'm having some problem animating it....can anyone tell me where to find a good tutorial?

I have just visited this address:

and it explain how to make what I want to do with Fireworks...but I'm still having problems to do it with Photoshop because of the stroke.

If someone could help me.....
