Hi, i hope someone can help me SO... when i copy an eps file from Illustrator and then paste into photoshop as a smart vector object the colour tone changes.... does anyone have any idea how to get around this problem?? I cant just open the eps image in photoshop as its very small so when i scale up to fit the size im working on it loses its quality.... so ive been scaling it in Illustrator as this preserves the quality and pasting it as a smart vector object onto a new layer in photoshop.... >>if i open said eps file in photoshop the colour tone is correct but as i said the image is too small for photoshop to scale up without losing quality .... ...i hope that all makes sense!! and i hope someone can help me with me problem Thanks in advance |

PHOTO SHOP CAN make it a smart object but not vector, scale it over sized in Ai and try bringing it down in PS that may retain it

hola! this is a pretty simple issue, your PS file is most likely in RGB color and AI file is most certainly in CMYK going from RGB -> CMYK, or visa versa, will cause color tone changes. You can convert your photoshop document to cmyk and then it'll work just fine. |
