anyone know good sites for learn (tutorials) design Interfaces with Photoshop 6?

That is a little broad, There are hundreds, even thousands of different techniques used in the different interfaces you see across the internet. You are better served, learning how to do different things and then incorporating what you learn into your interface design.

Hang around this board.... experiment with different things in photoshop.... when you get stuck... Ask your question on the forum... there are tons of really good people here to help you.
