I'd try searching on www.google.com for plated metal tutorials then.

There should be a little google search on the forum, maybe where the vBulletin ad goes, although that's impossible. Or the next IE could have a google search at the top like in Opera...

The accessibility of Google is not the problem. The problem is that people don't know how to use it or are too lazy to use it and would rather take the time to come here and post a 3 sentence message asking for a tutorial rather than just going to google and entering a couple of words to find it.

Why don't you start deleting threads like this then so? It's very likely that popcorn or whatever his/her name is will not be coming back to join the forums. Or even put something like this in the faq section...BEFORE POSTING FOR A LINK, GO TO GOOGLE OR THE SITE YOU"RE ON. No harm in that... But i still think a google search on this page would be cool, even though google.com is the fastest site oin the internet, never mind the fastest search site.

True, but maybe, when people first register, they are automatically directed to the faq section. That might help and it probably isn't that hard to do...
