Grudge Pictures

Can someone link a tutorial or somethin to help me out with making photo manipulations or grudge pictures, the one at carbonfour.com isnt really what im lookin for. If u know of somethin please tell me the site, thnx.

hmm.. grunge...
i don't really follow any tutorial, the look of the manipulations i did on my site and my sig is purely freestyled
There's no real look to grunge... most are with the high contrast look
