Colage' How do I combine picts?

I have been looking thru help, and online but I couldn't find any way to take 6 or so pictures, and make them into one. I think I'm missing something simple... can anyone help me?:confused:

There are many different ways to build collages. Try playing with some of the photoshop filters. Try looking at blending tutorials. Basically, it's a trial and error thing. Blurs, masks, feathering, smudging. Try them all.

Make sure that you have each image in it's own layer so that you can easily manipulate the images.

I'm sure others will have different suggestions.

i put a thread up for info on this last week....try searching for 'creating montage in PS' or goto www.thinkdan.com for help...im still trying to crack how to get rid of the square surround that every pic has so it looks like true blending and not just a load of layers with varying opacity levels...let me know if u figure it out!..
