How can I create a BMP or JPG filoe from a PDD file?

I would like to convert a Photshop pdd file to either a BMP or JPG filetype. Are there any utilities out there?

(assuming you have PS) simply open the pdd file in photoshop then go to "file>Save As" then you will see a text box to type a name, and below that is a pop down menu, click the pop down menu and you get all the different file types you can save the file as.
