I am downloading a few tutorials and for some the 'line tool' is needed. now I have always wondered why there was not a tool to draw lines, but apparantly there is and I just don't have it! where can I find it?? I use PS 6.0....

The Line tool is now grouped in the Custom Shapes Tool toolbar fly-out.
Because the Line Tool is now vector-based, the "Lines" it creates are really very narow rectangles. You can, of course, choose the various formats at the left of the Options Bar, just like you can for the other Custom Shapes.
