Howdy, I was wondering if there was such thing as photoshop filter that will make faces look like the characters in a cartoon...kinda like in Shrek....as though the faces are made from plastic,....or kinda like robin williams in the movie "bicentenial man" or how about a filter that makes any face look like the cover of cosmo? just wondering.....thanks |

That would be almost impossible to make a filter for, as there are a billion different faces and possibilities. Maybe the glass filter could help you with the bicentennial man look. But just airbrushing highlights would probably be easier. as for cosmo, lots of airbrushing and blurring etc. Basic a lot of touch-ups. |

I'm sorry, and you guys can call me all the names you want... But this sounds like either the most uninformed question EVER, or it's a hoax. |
