Something I just cannot get....

I tried and I tried and I tried but I just cannot get this effect. Can someone give me another tutorial like this or something?

Yeah, the tutorial is pretty straight-forward. Any part in particular you are having trouble with? It's kind of hard to help you when we don't know what you need help with.

I personally suck at air brushing/making polygons.. but thats a lack of practice problem ;)
