Buttons as @ Apple.com

I want to recreate the buttons as at the top of Apples site. Does anybody have any tutorials to do this? I am very new to Photoshop and want to learn.

I have done a couple of the above tutorials with good results. I would also like to re-produce the tabs at the top of there pages. I found this tutorial for the Mac version of photoshop. Is it the same procedure for Windows.

Basically, yes. You just need to exchange the Ctrl/alt buttons with the apple/command button I think.
