Here's something I created a while back. I've never seen anyone make something similar to it, so I thought I'd share it with you guys. Here goes: 1. New document, white background, any size 2. Filter>Noise>Add Noise: 400, Gaussian, Monochromatic 3. Filter>Blur>Motion Blur: Angle: 0, Distance: 12 pixels 4. Filter>Artistic>Colored : Pencil Width: 24, Stroke Pressure: 15, Paper Brightness: 25 That's it, I told you it was quick. |

Just for fun, I have to say it. Umm, I did everything you said but it won't do it cuz, it says I don't have any pixels selected. If you don't start with SOME kind of base then the initial << Filter>Noise>Add Noise: 400, Gaussian, Monochromatic >>> won't do anything. you can't add noise to a transparent "empty" layer. So what kind of base are we starting with? A clouds layer? |

Sorry, my mistake. Just use a plain white background.
