A long time ago I used a photoshop plugin that converted a photoshop file to html tables with background colors.

Anybody know where I can find that plugin?

I needed to be clearer. The plugin I'm looking for will take an image and make html pixel-by-pixel.

For each pixel on the image there will be a table with a clear gif and a background color that matches the pixel color.

It's a useless little utility, but fun to play with.

You'll never see a plug-in like that. It would be totally impractical.
