changing hue on multicolored image |

this is so basic, I'm embarassed. lol I have a multicolored bouquet of flowers illustration on a layer in my psd. I need to give that whole image a sort of "pink" tint. monochromatic, if you will. So that it not longer looks multicolored, but just various shade of this pink color. (this is for a valentine's day website background). I have no idea what tool to use to to do this and I'm on a deadline. can someone help, please? thank you so much! :confused: |

First press CTRL + Shift + + U to desaturate the layer. That will make it black and white. Then press CTRL + U to bring up the Hue/Saturation dialog. Check the "Colorize" checkbox, and play with the sliders until you get the tint you are looking for. |

i would first make the image a grayscale image under image--mode and then make it a duo tone image. select monotone and choose a pink colour |
